Your Right to Data Deletion
根据适用的数据保护法规，您有权要求删除我们通过 Facebook Messenger 客服系统收集和存储的与您相关的所有个人数据。
Under applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of all personal data we have collected and stored about you through our Facebook Messenger customer service system.
We commit to completing data deletion within 30 days of receiving a valid request and will send you a confirmation email.

Please follow these steps to submit your data deletion request:

发送邮件至 support@chatdesk.uk，主题填写"数据删除请求 / Data Deletion Request"
提供身份信息 · Provide Identity Information
在邮件中提供您的 Facebook 账户名称或与我们对话时使用的用户名，以便我们定位您的数据
等待确认 · Wait for Confirmation
我们将在 3 个工作日内回复确认收到您的请求，并在 30 天内完成删除并发送最终确认
